Tanah yang aku takkan tumpah darahku.

As Malaysia likes to publicize itself, it is a multi-racial country, bla bla bla, they say it like we are the perfect country, when in fact, everybody is just tolerating one another. But hey, I'm not saying that other countries are better or what... but that is their story la, none of my business. As a Malaysian citizen, this is what I've observed. *disclaimer: I am not being racist.*

Our country practices cultural assimilation in response to demographic multi-ethnicity. Meaning that, you add race A,B,C and D, but A would be the official one/ main. If you are Malaysian, I think you get it.

And people have long have a problem with that. Especially the Chinese and Indians. They say, it's not fair to favor one particular group just cause they came and steal the land and claim that they are the bumiputeras. I won't deny being part of these people. See, I so honest =D

However, I've come to the realisation that it all boils down to one word: GREED.

They want more for themselves, so they point fingers at the bumiputeras and shout IT AIN'T FAIR!!!

You know, I used to think that if the PM were to be a Chinese or even Indian, our country would have been so much better. *ahemsingaporeahem*

But IF, I'm saying IF, the PM is really Chinese/ Indian, can we still live this peacefully or tolerating-ly?

As a Chinese, I know that we Chinese are very selfish, so if the PM is a Chinese, I'm quite sure that all the new laws passed would only favor the Chinese, and it would be a very Chinese-biased country. Maybe far worse than our current state. Then, wouldn't it create even worse racial problems?

And then the politics scene would be even more like monkey business? No? Cause even now, the politicians like to "racial-ise" everything already.

And what if, what if, we become like China, where even the meat is made of banboo? I no wan lor..

So yes, for the first time ever, I'm telling you, I like Malaysia just the way it is, despite it's flaws. *Bruno Mars's Just the way you are pops into mind =.=*

P for Procrastination.

Being me, I procrastinate alot, so much so that it affects my homework and productivity. Heck, because I procrastinate so much, I did badly during exams. But then, again, being me, I never learn. =____=

Now, being almost an adult, I find this very bad habit of mine, very hard to change, but I want to change it, and YES I CAN! and therefore, I SHALL!

Off to drawing it is~!

Stubbornness.

Some stranger asked for directions, I gave him the directions, but he refused to accept it, insisting that there's another way. Like hello, so smart, you won't be here asking directions lah =___=

Then it struck me. Often in life, I have been very stubborn, probably still am. People tell me don't do it, I still want to. Take the latest, the purchase of the Beats headphone. Less than one month into it, I sien with the headphones d.

Often, we as children, we refuse to accept what our parents tell us, what our teachers, our elders tell us, cause we think we're very smart, or that they're too old to know anything.

But these days, I try to listen to them, cause they proved they were right many times. So yes, dont' be such a donkey.

Being stubborn =/= determined.
